I think the role of an awakened being is to help to create and maintain a relatively safe space where people can express themselves in order to become themselves. So by exploring and exposing their structures they can discover their True Self that will evolve automatically  while the fake parts are dismantled and naturally fall away as their structure tunes in to the higher vibrations.
