You are Awakened, you’re just not knowing it yourself. Awakening is nothing more than to see through your shadow sides.
Darkness doesn’t like to be ignored, It is very powerful. When it gets angry it can become destructive. Don’t deny the darkness in you. Only those who know themselves from the darkest thought to the brightest insight can be cured. To recognize and to accept that are the first steps towards transformation.
As a shadow worker I try to shed light on the dark side in every person. I touch your repressed sides, I push you out of balance: that hurts. But the pain is nothing compared to the extent of pain in which you keep yourself imprisoned. The good news is: it is this pain that leads to liberation. The shadows are invisible to you, because they are hidden deep inside, as compressed lumps of darkness. Your ego ensures that you cannot see your shadow, because when the shadow appears, and thereby your ego disappears, you are Awakened. You have to move to the center of yourself and of everything, that is the place where consciousness is wide awake and deep in rest at the same time. The escape can happen when someone is not aware, but many times it happens when the suffering is so great that the personality collapses under its own pressure, the true is getting squeezed out of the personality. After that there can rise a sense of depersonalization and dissociation, it feels like dying. The personality become ungraspable, there is not even a he or she to hold on to anymore. Without ego there is not longer a mask to hide the nothingness behind. It’s like falling in a black hole. He or she realizes that it has to let go of everything, this can be experienced as a shock. Fear can rise so high that it makes it unable for you to recognize the liberation, it can cause suffering and even psychoses. That can happen when people don’t know what’s going on and start to freak out.
That is why it is important to tell people about this, so it doesn’t come as a surprise. Enlightenment doesn’t mean being in the light, it means to be and rest in complete darkness. The enlightened one has become the black source of emptiness from where the light is born and shines out into everything that is. The Awakened one has embraced the dark side, once you’re being aware of the dark sides, the darkness dissolves into light because darkness cannot exist in light, the light of consciousness dispels all shadows.
It’s hard to face your shadow sides but it’s necessary to be healed. That’s why I do what I do. There will be much resistance. But it’s just frightened shadows that are exposed to the light. The shadow is trying to protect someone, by that grace they exist, without us noticing them. We unconsciously hide them, and only notice the secondary effects like sickness, tiredness, irritation, greed. Now the time has come to see the shadow for what it is: just an absence of light. We have to see them not as an enemy, but as a silent friend. If we accept our shadows, they surrender, if we embrace them, they become light. In this flash wholeness arises. If we become whole, the whole world, he whole universe heals with us.
If we approach the shadow with love and patience and dare to work with it, then the shadow will disappear. If the fear is gone, happiness takes its place. And if we are happy we don’t project our shadows on others and at the same time we can understand why they project it on others, on us.
I want to expose the shadow of people and bring it to the light.
The shadow of the people is the same shadow that follows Awakened beings everywhere, and only if everyone is Awakened pure enlightment will be.
